Our studies are organized in 4- and 5- year Degrees (6 years in the case of a Double Degree), and one-year Master's Degrees. All subjects are taught in Spanish (the Degrees also in Basque) and are accessible to exchange students. Some subjects may also be taken in English or as an English Friendly Course (EFC).

Exchange students may take subjects from any of our official degrees:

• Degree in Food Science and Technology
• Degree in Environmental Sciences
• Degree in Pharmacy
• Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
• Double Degree in Pharmacy & Human Nutrition and Dietetics
• Master's Degree in Innovative Oenology
• Master's Degree in Forensic Analysis
• Master's Degree in Food Quality and Safety

The schedules can be found on the webuntis platform.
On the platform, search for Universidad del País Vasco in the search engine on the home page.
Then, select the calendar symbol in the upper left corner of the scream.
Once inside, in the "Section" drop-down menu, select "125 Facultad de Farmacia" and then select the group you need.
The groups are identified as follows:

The courses of the Pharmacy Faculty Degree have two exam periods, one ordinary period (at the end of each semester) and one extraordinary period (in June-July). The schedule can be found on the Faculty website.

Our university recommends Basque, Spanish and/or English language B1 level according to The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR). However, for a better understanding of the academic materials, the higher the level, the better.

When your University chooses you as an exchange student, your coordinator must send a message to nazioartekoak.farmazia@ehu.eus notifying of your nomination before the 30th June / 30th November. Your information must include:

• Full name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• E-mail
• Passport/ID number

If your are a SICUE student, when your University chooses you as an exchange student, you must send to sicue@ehu.eus the form that you will find at Programa SICUE: Alumnado Visitante.

You will receive an email with an invitation to access on online form where ou will have to register and fill in all the fields with your information, as well as the information on your University and coordinator. In order for your registration to be valid, you must also attach the required documents (Learning Agreement signed by yourself and by your coordinator and a copy of your passport/ID card). You can address any questions or concerns to nazioartekoak.farmazia@ehu.eus.

Remenber that the deadlines for filling in this form are:

• First semester (Fall): before the 15th July
• Second semester (Spring): before the 15th December

Once we have checked your Learning Agreement and it is accepted, you will receive two messages:

• One will contain your letter of acceptance.
• The other one will provide information on the incoming meeting and we will tell you what documents you should send us scanned: a copy of your medical insurance and travel assistance, certification of the required insurance conditions, European Health Card (for Erasmus+ students), copy of the registration with your home University and a passport-size photograph. Remember that insurance is mandatory. If your do not provide proof of insurance, you will not be allowed to begin your mobility with us.

We recommend you contact our University's Welcome Centre before beginning your stay here by sending a message to helpcentre1.internacional@ehu.eus or on the website.

The purpose of this programme is to help visiting students to integrate in our University and our culture. Volunteer students receive our exchange students, they take them to the incoming meeting and explain how the Faculty works (schedules, publications, cafeteria, associations, etc,) so that their stay is as comfortable as possible right from the beginning.

After you receive your letter of acceptance and the message with the information on the incoming meeting, your buddy will contact you to get the details of your trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz, and to meet you upon arrival. If for some reason you do not receive any communication from your buddy, send a message to info.welcomecentre@ehu.eus

In addition to the Degree subjects, visiting students have the option of taking and intensive Spanish course before starting the first semester. Spanish and Basque courses are also offered each semester for visiting students. These courses may be included in the Learning Agreement because they provide ECTS credits, and a certification of the level studied with the grade achieved (independent from the grades issued by the Faculty of Pharmacy).
