The technical staff of the Central Analysis Service of Bizkaia has successfully developed a method of multiple successive extractions (MHE) for the determination of residual acetone in mite samples, using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry with injection into HS-GC/MS headspace.
This represents optimal quality control for this type of materials in their subsequent use as vaccine precursors.
