Sagarlup is a new beverage. Made from apple must and hops, it was created in collaboration with the Zabala cider house and chemist Iñaki Santos, a technician at the General Research Services (SGIker) of the University of the Basque Country. Local hops are used in its production, and their components have been characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance.
