SGIker renew quality certificate under ISO 9001: 2015 (2016/06/02)

The General Research Services, SGIker, have passed the external audit for recertification of quality under ISO 9001 held on 30 and 31 May. The certificate has been renewed without incident and the scope of the system has been extended to the maintenance activity of animals in the Animal Unit of Araba.

On the other hand, ISO 9001 was updated in September 2015 and has, in general, 3 years to make the transition from the previous to the new standard. However, SGIker have managed to make this transition in less than a year, which means that it becomes one of the first companies to achieve certification to the new standard (according to information provided by the audit team itself). This update allows a quality system focused on more efficient and transparent strategic management.
