She began her professional career as a practicing lawyer at the Bar Association of Gipuzkoa. Her work was specially focused on Sports Law. After more than 17 years of practice, she joined the University as member of Business and Civil Law Department. She defended her doctoral thesis in December 2019, being the object of her research the infringement of fundamental rights in international transfers of underage soccer players. Her contribution in publications has focused on the development of Sports Law from the perspectives of different branches of Law, mainly Labor Law and Commercial Law. She holds the accreditation of Associate Professor by Unibasq.
