As a Doctor in Civil Law, I can contribute to the IDenti-T project by offering a legal perspective that enriches the interdisciplinary exploration of identities and democratic transformation, particularly in relation to vulnerable groups and new  technologies. My main research areas are Digital Law and Health Law. Both are fields in which inequalities become especially visible for minors and persons with disabilities, who have been at the centre of my academic work.

Within the digital domain, I can contribute to the analysis of how technologies, platforms and artificial intelligence systems influence identity formation and differentiated exposure to risks faced disproportionately by vulnerable groups, such as the sharenting. My expertise enables me to add socio-legal insights on privacy, data protection, digital divides, algorithmic bias and accessibility—core issues for understanding how identity evolves in technologically mediated environments.

In the health sphere, I can support research on how legal capacity frameworks, decision-making in healthcare and protective regulations impact the autonomy and recognition of identity for minors and persons with disabilities. The intersection between health, legal capacity and democratic participation offers important opportunities for reflection on agency, representation and fundamental rights, where my background can inform both teaching materials and interdisciplinary dialogue.

Through this dual approach, I can help the project integrate a legal perspective that connects identity transformations with emerging regulatory challenges, offering conceptual and normative tools to promote equity, accessibility and recognition.
