Doctoral Programme in Environmental Engineering

Nested Applications

Presentación - Ingeniería Ambiental

This inter-university doctoral program involves the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU (School of Engineering of Bilbao, EIB) and the University of Cantabria UC (ETS of Engineers of Roads, Canals and Ports of Santander, ETSICCP). The main objective of the Program is the training of researchers of the highest scientific quality that consolidates their professional development, thus contributing to scientific, technical, social and economic progress in the field of Environmental Engineering. This objective responds to a growing demand for specialized professionals to seek solutions to the challenges to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In particular, specific training in the rigorous analysis of the prevention and/or solution of environmental problems related to waste treatment and management, water purification, air pollution and others will be very valuable.
