Ainhoa Vega-Bayo is an Associate Professor at the University of the Basque Country, UPV/EHU and Associate Researcher at the ISEAK Foundation. She received her BA and PhD in Economics with honors, specializing in Econometrics and Statistics. Her research focuses on program evaluation methods and discrete choice modeling applied primarily to education, gender issues and economic development. She has held visiting positions at Harvard University (predoctoral, 2013) and UC Berkeley (postdoctoral, 2015).
