They buried the bones of Saul and Jonathan his son in the country of Benjamin in Zelah, in the tomb of Kish his father. So they performed all that the king commanded. And after that God heeded the prayer for the land.

The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, My stronghold and my refuge; My Savior, You save me from violence.

Then the channels of the sea were seen, The foundations of the world were uncovered, At the rebuke of the LORD, At the blast of the breath of His nostrils.

"He sent from above, He took me, He drew me out of many waters.

He delivered me from my strong enemy, From those who hated me; For they were too strong for me.

They confronted me in the day of my calamity, But the LORD was my support.

Zabaldira atera ninduen, maite nauelako libratu.

Me sac? a lugar espacioso, me libr? porque me amaba.

Il m'a mis au large, Il m'a sauv?, parce qu'il m'aime.

He also brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me.

"Neure zuzentasunaren ordaina eman dit Jaunak, neure jokabide garbiaren saria.

"Jehov? me recompensa conforme a mi justicia. Conforme a la limpieza de mis manos me ha premiado:

L'?ternel m'a trait? selon ma droiture, Il m'a rendu selon la puret? de mes mains;

"The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me.

Jaunaren bideari jarraitu baitiot, ez naiz Jainkoarengandik urrundu.

porque he guardado los caminos de Jehov?, y no me apart? de mi Dios haciendo el mal;

Car j'ai observ? les voies de l'?ternel, Et je n'ai point ?t? coupable envers mon Dieu.

For I have kept the ways of the LORD, And have not wickedly departed from my God.

Haren aginduak oro aurrean izan ditut beti, eta ez naiz saihestu haren arauetatik.

pues todos sus decretos est?n delante de m? y nunca me apart? de sus preceptos.

Toutes ses ordonnances ont ?t? devant moi, Et je ne me suis point ?cart? de ses lois.

For all His judgments [were] before me; And [as for] His statutes, I did not depart from them.

Haren aurrean zintzo izan naiz, ez dut batere bekaturik egin.

J'ai ?t? sans reproche envers lui, Et je me suis tenu en garde contre mon iniquit?.

I was also blameless before Him, And I kept myself from my iniquity.

Therefore the LORD has recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in His eyes.

Avec celui qui est bon tu te montres bon, Avec l'homme droit tu agis selon la droiture,

Limpio te mostrar?s con el limpio, y r?gido ser?s con el perverso.

Avec celui qui est pur tu te montres pur, Et avec le pervers tu agis selon sa perversit?.

With the pure You will show Yourself pure; And with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd.

Zuk duzu herri zapaldua salbatzen, eta harroputzen handikeria makurrarazten.

T? salvas al pueblo afligido, mas tus ojos abaten a los altivos.

Tu sauves le peuple qui s'humilie, Et de ton regard, tu abaisses les orgueilleux.

You will save the humble people; But Your eyes [are] on the haughty, [that] You may bring [them] down.

"For You [are] my lamp, O LORD; The LORD shall enlighten my darkness.

Zure laguntzaz ihes eragiten diot gudu-taldeari, zurekin, ene Jainko, harresiak igarotzen gainetik.

Contigo desbaratar? ej?rcitos, con mi Dios asaltar? muros.

Avec toi je me pr?cipite sur une troupe en armes, Avec mon Dieu je franchis une muraille.

For by You I can run against a troop; By my God I can leap over a wall.

[As for] God, His way [is] perfect; The word of the LORD [is] proven; He [is] a shield to all who trust in Him.

Nor Jainko, Jauna izan ezik? Nor harkaitz babesle, gure Jainkoa izan ezik?

Porque ?qui?n es Dios, sino s?lo Jehov?? ?Y qu? roca hay fuera de nuestro Dios?

Car qui est Dieu, si ce n'est l'?ternel ? Et qui est un rocher, si ce n'est notre Dieu ?

"For who [is] God, except the LORD? And who [is] a rock, except our God?

Jainkoa dut gordeleku indartsu, bide zuzenetik ibilarazten nau.

Dios es el que me ci?e de fuerza, quien despeja mi camino,

C'est Dieu qui est ma puissante forteresse, Et qui me conduit dans la voie droite.

God [is] my strength [and] power, And He makes my way perfect.

Oreinarenak bezain arin dizkit oinak egin, eta neure tontorretan sendo nau ezarri.

quien hace mis pies como de ciervas y me sostiene firme en las alturas;

Il rend mes pieds semblables ? ceux des biches, Et il me place sur mes lieux ?lev?s.

He makes my feet like the [feet] of deer, And sets me on my high places.

Il exerce mes mains au combat, Et mes bras tendent l'arc d'airain.

He teaches my hands to make war, So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

"You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your gentleness has made me great.

You enlarged my path under me; So my feet did not slip.

"I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them; Neither did I turn back again till they were destroyed.

And I have destroyed them and wounded them, So that they could not rise; They have fallen under my feet.

You have also given me the necks of my enemies, So that I destroyed those who hated me.
