Then Moses and Aaron said to all the children of Israel, "At evening you shall know that the LORD has brought you out of the land of Egypt.

"And in the morning you shall see the glory of the LORD; for He hears your complaints against the LORD. But what [are] we, that you complain against us?"

Y Mois?s a?adi?: -- Jehov? os dar? por la tarde carne para comer, y por la ma?ana pan hasta saciaros, porque Jehov? ha o?do lo que hab?is murmurado contra ?l; pues ?qu? somos nosotros? Vuestras murmuraciones no son contra nosotros, sino contra Jehov?.

Mo?se voulait dire: ?Vous la verrez quand le SEIGNEUR vous donnera le soir de la viande ? manger, le matin du pain ? sati?t?, parce que le SEIGNEUR a entendu les murmures que vous murmurez contre lui. Nous, que sommes-nous? Ce n'est pas contre nous que vous murmurez, mais bien contre le SEIGNEUR.?

Also Moses said, "[This shall be seen] when the LORD gives you meat to eat in the evening, and in the morning bread to the full; for the LORD hears your complaints which you make against Him. And what [are] we? Your complaints [are] not against us but against the LORD."

Ondoren, Moisesek esan zion Aaroni: "Esaiozu israeldarren elkarte osoari Jaunaren aurrera hurbiltzeko, aditu baitu haien marmarra".

Then Moses spoke to Aaron, "Say to all the congregation of the children of Israel, 'Come near before the LORD, for He has heard your complaints.' "

Now it came to pass, as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and behold, the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloud.

And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

J'ai entendu les murmures des enfants d'Isra?l. Dis -leur: Entre les deux soirs vous mangerez de la viande, et au matin vous vous rassasierez de pain; et vous saurez que je suis l'?ternel, votre Dieu.

"I have heard the complaints of the children of Israel. Speak to them, saying, 'At twilight you shall eat meat, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread. And you shall know that I [am] the LORD your God.' "

Arratsaldean, galeperrak heldu ziren eta kanpaleku osoa estali zuten; biharamun goizean, ihintz-geruza azaldu zen kanpaleku inguruan.

Al llegar la tarde, subieron codornices que cubrieron el campamento, y por la ma?ana descendi? roc?o alrededor del campamento.

Le soir, il survint des cailles qui couvrirent le camp; et, au matin, il y eut une couche de ros?e autour du camp.

So it was that quails came up at evening and covered the camp, and in the morning the dew lay all around the camp.

Ihintza desagertu zenean, antzigarraren itxurako zerbait, xehea eta garautsua, gelditu zen lur gainean.

Cuando el roc?o ces? de descender, apareci? sobre la faz del desierto una cosa menuda, redonda, menuda como escarcha sobre la tierra.

Quand cette ros?e fut dissip?e, il y avait ? la surface du d?sert quelque chose de menu comme des grains, quelque chose de menu comme la gel?e blanche sur la terre.

And when the layer of dew lifted, there, on the surface of the wilderness, was a small round substance, [as] fine as frost on the ground.

Hura ikustean, israeldarrek honela ziotsoten elkarri: "Zer da hau?" Ez baitzekiten zer zen. Moisesek esan zien: "Jaunak janaritzat ematen dizuen ogia da.

Al verlo, los hijos de Israel se dijeron unos a otros: "?Qu? es esto?", porque no sab?an qu? era. Entonces Mois?s les dijo: -- Es el pan que Jehov? os da para comer.

Les enfants d'Isra?l regard?rent et ils se dirent l'un ? l'autre: Qu'est-ce que cela ? car ils ne savaient pas ce que c'?tait. Mo?se leur dit: C'est le pain que L'?ternel vous donne pour nourriture.

So when the children of Israel saw [it,] they said to one another, "What is it?" For they did not know what it [was.] And Moses said to them, "This [is] the bread which the LORD has given you to eat.

Hara zer agindu didan Jaunak: Bakoitzak bil dezala jateko behar adina, lau litro bakoitzeko, nork bere etxolan dituen lagunen arabera".

Esto es lo que Jehov? ha mandado: Recoged de ?l cada uno seg?n lo que pueda comer, un gomer por cabeza, conforme al n?mero de personas en su familia; tomar?is cada uno para los que est?n en su tienda.

Voici ce que l'?ternel a ordonn?: Que chacun de vous en ramasse ce qu'il faut pour sa nourriture, un omer par t?te, suivant le nombre de vos personnes; chacun en prendra pour ceux qui sont dans sa tente.

"This is the thing which the LORD has commanded: 'Let every man gather it according to each one's need, one omer for each person, [according to the] number of persons; let every man take for [those] who [are] in his tent.' "

Hala egin zuten israeldarrek, batak asko eta besteak gutxi bilduz.

Los hijos de Israel lo hicieron as?, y recogieron unos m?s, otros menos.

Les Isra?lites firent ainsi; et ils en ramass?rent les uns plus, les autres moins.

Then the children of Israel did so and gathered, some more, some less.

On mesurait ensuite avec l'omer; celui qui avait ramass? plus n'avait rien de trop, et celui qui avait ramass? moins n'en manquait pas. Chacun ramassait ce qu'il fallait pour sa nourriture.

So when they measured [it] by omers, he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one's need.

Gero, Moisesek esan zien: "Ez dezala inork biharamunerako ezer gorde".

Luego les dijo Mois?s: -- Ninguno deje nada de ello para ma?ana.

Mo?se leur dit: Que personne n'en laisse jusqu'au matin.

And Moses said, "Let no one leave any of it till morning."

Notwithstanding they did not heed Moses. But some of them left part of it until morning, and it bred worms and stank. And Moses was angry with them.

So they gathered it every morning, every man according to his need. And when the sun became hot, it melted.

En el sexto d?a recogieron doble porci?n de comida, dos gomeres para cada uno. Todos los pr?ncipes de la congregaci?n fueron y se lo hicieron saber a Mois?s.

And so it was, on the sixth day, [that] they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for each one. And all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.

Et Mo?se leur dit: C'est ce que l'?ternel a ordonn?. Demain est le jour du repos, le sabbat consacr? ? l'?ternel; faites cuire ce que vous avez ? faire cuire, faites bouillir ce que vous avez ? faire bouillir, et mettez en r?serve jusqu'au matin tout ce qui restera.

Then he said to them, "This [is what] the LORD has said: 'Tomorrow [is] a Sabbath rest, a holy Sabbath to the LORD. Bake what you will bake [today,] and boil what you will boil; and lay up for yourselves all that remains, to be kept until morning.' "

Moisesek agindu bezala, biharamunerako gorde zuten gelditu zitzaiena eta ez zitzaien usteldu, ezta harrik sortu ere.

Ellos lo guardaron hasta el d?a siguiente, seg?n lo que Mois?s hab?a mandado, y no se agusan? ni apest?.

Ils le laiss?rent jusqu'au matin, comme Mo?se l'avait ordonn?; et cela ne devint point infect, et il ne s'y mit point de vers.

So they laid it up till morning, as Moses commanded; and it did not stink, nor were there any worms in it.

Mo?se dit: Mangez -le aujourd'hui, car c'est le jour du sabbat; aujourd'hui vous n'en trouverez point dans la campagne.

Then Moses said, "Eat that today, for today [is] a Sabbath to the LORD; today you will not find it in the field.

Sei egunez bilduko duzue; zazpigarren eguna atseden-eguna da eta ez da ezer izango".

Seis d?as lo recoger?is, pero el s?ptimo d?a, que es s?bado, nada se hallar?.

Pendant six jours vous en ramasserez; mais le septi?me jour, qui est le sabbat, il n'y en aura point.

"Six days you shall gather it, but on the seventh day, [which is] the Sabbath, there will be none."

Herritar zenbait, ordea, zazpigarren egunean ere biltzera atera zen, baina ez zuen ezer aurkitu.

Aconteci? que algunos del pueblo salieron en el s?ptimo d?a a recoger, y no hallaron nada.

Le septi?me jour, quelques-uns du peuple sortirent pour en ramasser, et ils n'en trouv?rent point.

Now it happened [that some] of the people went out on the seventh day to gather, but they found none.

Orduan, Jaunak esan zion Moisesi: "Noiz arte ibili behar duzue nire agindu eta legeak bete nahi ezta?

Y Jehov? dijo a Mois?s: -- ?Hasta cu?ndo os negar?is a guardar mis mandamientos y mis leyes?

Alors l'?ternel dit ? Mo?se: Jusques ? quand refuserez -vous d'observer mes commandements et mes lois ?

And the LORD said to Moses, "How long do you refuse to keep My commandments and My laws?

Begira: neuk, Jaun honek, eman dizuet larunbata, atseden hartzeko; horregatik, seigarren egunean bi egunerako janaria ematen dizuet. Beraz, zazpigarren egunean zaudete nor bere tokian, kanpora atera gabe".

Mirad que Jehov? os dio el s?bado, y por eso en el sexto d?a os da pan para dos d?as. Qu?dese, pues, cada uno en su lugar, y nadie salga de ?l en el s?ptimo d?a.

Consid?rez que l'?ternel vous a donn? le sabbat; c'est pourquoi il vous donne au sixi?me jour de la nourriture pour deux jours. Que chacun reste ? sa place, et que personne ne sorte du lieu o? il est au septi?me jour.

"See! For the LORD has given you the Sabbath; therefore He gives you on the sixth day bread for two days. Let every man remain in his place; let no man go out of his place on the seventh day."

Herriak, bada, atseden hartu zuen zazpigarren egunean.

As? el pueblo repos? el s?ptimo d?a.

Et le peuple se reposa le septi?me jour.

So the people rested on the seventh day.

Israeldarrek biltzen zutenari "Mana" eman zioten izen. Zuria zen, txarrangil-haziaren itxurakoa eta ezti-opilaren gustukoa.

La casa de Israel lo llam? "man?"; era como una semilla de culantro, blanco, y su sabor como de hojuelas con miel.

La maison d'Isra?l donna ? cette nourriture le nom de manne. Elle ressemblait ? de la graine de coriandre; elle ?tait blanche, et avait le go?t d'un g?teau au miel.

And the house of Israel called its name Manna. And it [was] like white coriander seed, and the taste of it [was] like wafers [made] with honey.

Moisesek esan zien: "Hau agindu du Jaunak: Lau litroko neurria manaz bete eta gorde ondorengo belaunaldientzat, Egiptotik atera zaituztedanean basamortuan eman dizuedan janaria ikus dezaten".

Despu?s dijo Mois?s: -- Esto es lo que Jehov? ha mandado: "Llenad un gomer de ?l y guardadlo para vuestros descendientes, a fin de que vean el pan que yo os di a comer en el desierto, cuando yo os saqu? de la tierra de Egipto".

Mo?se dit: Voici ce que l'?ternel a ordonn?: Qu'un omer rempli de manne soit conserv? pour vos descendants, afin qu'ils voient le pain que je vous ai fait manger dans le d?sert, apr?s vous avoir fait sortir du pays d'?gypte.

Then Moses said, "This [is] the thing which the LORD has commanded: 'Fill an omer with it, to be kept for your generations, that they may see the bread with which I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.' "

Eta Aaroni esan zion: "Hartu ontzi bat, bete lau litro manaz eta ezarri Jaunaren aurrean, ondorengo belaunaldientzat gordez".

Et Mo?se dit ? Aaron: Prends un vase, mets -y de la manne plein un omer, et d?pose -le devant l'?ternel, afin qu'il soit conserv? pour vos descendants.

And Moses said to Aaron, "Take a pot and put an omer of manna in it, and lay it up before the LORD, to be kept for your generations."

Jaunak Moisesi agindu bezala, Aaronek itun-agiriaren aurrean gorde zuen gerorako.

Aar?n lo puso delante del Testimonio para guardarlo, tal como Jehov? lo mand? a Mois?s.

As the LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron laid it up before the Testimony, to be kept.

And the children of Israel ate manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land; they ate manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.

(Omer -mana neurtzeko erabilitako neurria- efa baten hamarrena zen).

Now an omer [is] one-tenth of an ephah.

Israeldarren elkarte osoa, Jaunaren agindura, Sin basamortutik abiatu zen, geldiuneak eginez. Refidimen ezarri zuten kanpalekua, baina ez zen han urik herriak edateko.

Toda la congregaci?n de los hijos de Israel parti? del desierto de Sin avanzando por jornadas, conforme al mandamiento de Jehov?, y acamparon en Refidim, donde no hab?a agua para que el pueblo bebiera.

Toute l'assembl?e des enfants d'Isra?l partit du d?sert de Sin, selon les marches que l'?ternel leur avait ordonn?es; et ils camp?rent ? Rephidim, o? le peuple ne trouva point d'eau ? boire.

Then all the congregation of the children of Israel set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin, according to the commandment of the LORD, and camped in Rephidim; but [there was] no water for the people to drink.

Orduan, aurpegi eman zioten Moisesi, esanez: -Emaguzu ura edateko! Moisesek erantzun zien: -Zer dela eta ematen didazue aurpegi niri? Zergatik tentatzen duzue Jauna?

Alors le peuple chercha querelle ? Mo?se. Ils dirent: Donnez -nous de l'eau ? boire. Mo?se leur r?pondit: Pourquoi me cherchez-vous querelle ? Pourquoi tentez -vous l'?ternel ?

Therefore the people contended with Moses, and said, "Give us water, that we may drink." And Moses said to them, "Why do you contend with me? Why do you tempt the LORD?"

Baina egarri zen herria bazter hartan, eta marmarrean hasi zen Moisesen aurka, esanez: -Honetarako atera al gaituzu Egiptotik, geu, gure seme-alabak eta abereak egarriak hilarazteko?

As? que el pueblo tuvo all? sed, y murmur? contra Mois?s: -- ?Por qu? nos hiciste subir de Egipto para matarnos de sed a nosotros, a nuestros hijos y a nuestros ganados?

Le peuple ?tait l?, press? par la soif, et murmurait contre Mo?se. Il disait: Pourquoi nous as-tu fait monter hors d'?gypte, pour me faire mourir de soif avec mes enfants et mes troupeaux ?

And the people thirsted there for water, and the people complained against Moses, and said, "Why [is] it you have brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?"

Moisesek deiadar egin zion Jaunari: -Zer egin diezaioket herri honi? Ia-ia harrika egin didate!

Entonces clam? Mois?s a Jehov?, y dijo: -- ?Qu? har? con este pueblo? ?Poco falta para que me apedreen!

Mo?se cria ? l'?ternel, en disant: Que ferai -je ? ce peuple ? Encore un peu, et ils me lapideront.

So Moses cried out to the LORD, saying, "What shall I do with this people? They are almost ready to stone me!"

L'?ternel dit ? Mo?se: Passe devant le peuple, et prends avec toi des anciens d'Isra?l; prends aussi dans ta main ta verge avec laquelle tu as frapp? le fleuve, et marche !

And the LORD said to Moses, "Go on before the people, and take with you some of the elders of Israel. Also take in your hand your rod with which you struck the river, and go.

Han izango nauzu ni, Horeb mendiko harkaitzean. Harkaitza jo eta ura sortuko da, herriak edan dezan. Hala egin zuen Moisesek, Israelgo arduradunen aurrean.

"Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink." And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

So he called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contention of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, "Is the LORD among us or not?"

Refidimen amalektarrek eraso zieten israeldarrei.

Despu?s vino Amalec y pele? contra Israel en Refidim.

Amalek vint combattre Isra?l ? Rephidim.

Now Amalek came and fought with Israel in Rephidim.

Orduan, Moisesek esan zion Josueri: "Aukeratu zenbait gizon eta atera amalektarren aurka borrokara. Bihar muinoaren gainean zutik egongo naiz ni, Jainkoaren makila eskuan".

Y dijo Mois?s a Josu?: -- Escoge a algunos hombres y sal a pelear contra Amalec. Ma?ana yo estar? sobre la cumbre del collado con la vara de Dios en mi mano.

And Moses said to Joshua, "Choose us some men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand."

Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this [for] a memorial in the book and recount [it] in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven."

And Jethro, the priest of Midian, Moses' father-in-law, heard of all that God had done for Moses and for Israel His people -- that the LORD had brought Israel out of Egypt.
