"Entre los muertos a espada caer?; a la espada es entregado. ?Traedlo a ?l y a todos sus pueblos!

Ils tomberont au milieu de ceux qui sont morts par l'?p?e. Le glaive est donn?: Entra?nez l'?gypte et toute sa multitude !

"They shall fall in the midst of [those] slain by the sword; She is delivered to the sword, Drawing her and all her multitudes.

Her graves are set in the recesses of the Pit, And her company is all around her grave, All of them slain, fallen by the sword, Who caused terror in the land of the living.

"All? est? Elam con toda su multitud por los alrededores de su sepulcro. Todos ellos cayeron muertos a espada y descendieron incircuncisos a lo m?s profundo de la tierra, porque sembraron su terror en la tierra de los vivientes, mas llevaron su ignominia con los que descienden al sepulcro.

" There [is] Elam and all her multitude, All around her grave, All of them slain, fallen by the sword, Who have gone down uncircumcised to the lower parts of the earth, Who caused their terror in the land of the living; Now they bear their shame with those who go down to the Pit.

Elameko erregea gerran hildakoen artean datza, bere gerlarien hilobiez inguratua. Gerran hilak dira sinesgabe horiek guztiak. Izu-ikara ezartzen zuten bizidunen artean; denak desohorez beterik dautza hildako guztiekin batera, gerran hildakoen artean.

On a fait sa couche parmi les morts avec toute sa multitude, Et ses s?pulcres sont autour de lui; Tous ces incirconcis sont morts par l'?p?e, Car ils r?pandaient la terreur dans le pays des vivants, Et ils ont port? leur ignominie vers ceux qui descendent dans la fosse; Ils ont ?t? plac?s parmi les morts.

They have set her bed in the midst of the slain, With all her multitude, With her graves all around it, All of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword; Though their terror was caused In the land of the living, Yet they bear their shame With those who go down to the Pit; It was put in the midst of the slain.

"Han dautza Mexek eta Tubalgo erregeak ere, beren gerlari guztien hilobiez inguratuak; gerran hilak dira sinesgabe horiek. Izu-ikara ezartzen zuten bizidunen artean.

" There [are] Meshech and Tubal and all their multitudes, With all their graves around it, All of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword, Though they caused their terror in the land of the living.

They do not lie with the mighty [Who are] fallen of the uncircumcised, Who have gone down to hell with their weapons of war; They have laid their swords under their heads, But their iniquities will be on their bones, Because of the terror of the mighty in the land of the living.

" There [is] Edom, Her kings and all her princes, Who despite their might Are laid beside [those] slain by the sword; They shall lie with the uncircumcised, And with those who go down to the Pit.

There [are] the princes of the north, All of them, and all the Sidonians, Who have gone down with the slain In shame at the terror which they caused by their might; They lie uncircumcised with [those] slain by the sword, And bear their shame with those who go down to the Pit.

"For I have caused My terror in the land of the living; And he shall be placed in the midst of the uncircumcised With [those] slain by the sword, Pharaoh and all his multitude," Says the Lord GOD.

Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Fils de l'homme, parle aux enfants de ton peuple, et dis -leur: Lorsque je fais venir l'?p?e sur un pays, et que le peuple du pays prend dans son sein un homme et l'?tablit comme sentinelle, -

"Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them: 'When I bring the sword upon a land, and the people of the land take a man from their territory and make him their watchman,

'when he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people,

et si celui qui entend le son de la trompette ne se laisse pas avertir, et que l'?p?e vienne le surprendre, son sang sera sur sa t?te.

'then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood shall be on his [own] head.

Entzun du adar-hotsa eta ez dio jaramonik egin; beraz, bere erruz hil da. Jaramon egin izan balio, salbatu egingo zukeen bizia.

'He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he who takes warning will save his life.

'But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes [any] person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman's hand.'

Zu, Ezekiel, Israel herriaren jagole izendatu zaitut; nik esandakoa entzutean, ohartarazi egin behar dituzu nire izenean.

"A ti, pues, hijo de hombre, te he puesto por centinela de la casa de Israel: t? oir?s la palabra de mi boca y los amonestar?s de mi parte.

" So you, son of man: I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me.

"When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked [man,] you shall surely die!' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

Aitzitik, bere jokabidea alda dezan gaiztoa ohartarazten baduzu, eta berak ez badu aldatzen, hil egingo da bere erruarengatik, baina zuk onik aterako duzu zeure bizia.

Mais si tu avertis le m?chant pour le d?tourner de sa voie, et qu'il ne s 'en d?tourne pas, il mourra dans son iniquit?, et toi tu sauveras ton ?me.

"Nevertheless if you warn the wicked to turn from his way, and he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

"Gizaseme, esan israeldarrei: Zera ari zarete esaten: "Galdurik gaude geure gaiztakeria eta bekatuen zamapean. Nola bizi gintezke?"

"T?, pues, hijo de hombre, di a la casa de Israel: "Vosotros hab?is hablado as?, diciendo: 'Nuestras rebeliones y nuestros pecados est?n sobre nosotros, y a causa de ellos somos consumidos: ?c?mo, pues, viviremos?'.

Et toi, fils de l'homme, dis ? la maison d'Isra?l: Vous dites: Nos transgressions et nos p?ch?s sont sur nous, et c'est ? cause d'eux que nous sommes frapp?s de langueur; comment pourrions-nous vivre ?

" Therefore you, O son of man, say to the house of Israel: 'Thus you say, "If our transgressions and our sins [lie] upon us, and we pine away in them, how can we then live?" '

Esaiezu nire mezua: Ala ni, Jainko Jauna! Nik ez dut atsegin gaiztoa hiltzea, jokabidez aldatu eta bizitzea baino. Itzul zaitezte, beraz, itzul jokabide gaiztotik; zergatik hil behar duzue, israeldarrok?

"Say to them: '[As] I live,' says the Lord GOD, 'I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?'

Y t?, hijo de hombre, di a los hijos de tu pueblo: La justicia del justo no lo librar? el d?a que se rebele; y la impiedad del imp?o no le ser? estorbo el d?a que se vuelva de su impiedad. El justo no podr? vivir por su justicia el d?a que peque.

Et toi, fils de l'homme, dis aux enfants de ton peuple: La justice du juste ne le sauvera pas au jour de sa transgression; et le m?chant ne tombera pas par sa m?chancet? le jour o? il s 'en d?tournera, de m?me que le juste ne pourra pas vivre par sa justice au jour de sa transgression.

" Therefore you, O son of man, say to the children of your people: 'The righteousness of the righteous man shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression; as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall because of it in the day that he turns from his wickedness; nor shall the righteous be able to live because of [his righteousness] in the day that he sins.'

Zintzoari bizi egingo dela esaten badiot, eta hark, bere zuzentasunaz fidatuz, bidegabekeria egiten badu, ez zaizkio bere egintza zuzenak kontuan hartuko eta hil egingo da bere bidegabekeriagatik.

Lorsque je dis au juste qu'il vivra, -s'il se confie dans sa justice et commet l'iniquit?, toute sa justice sera oubli?e, et il mourra ? cause de l'iniquit? qu'il a commise.

"When I say to the righteous [that] he shall surely live, but he trusts in his own righteousness and commits iniquity, none of his righteous works shall be remembered; but because of the iniquity that he has committed, he shall die.

Gaiztoari hil egingo dela esaten badiot, eta hark bekatutik aldendu eta zuzenbidez eta justiziaz jokatzen badu,

"Again, when I say to the wicked, 'You shall surely die,' if he turns from his sin and does what is lawful and right,

"[if] the wicked restores the pledge, gives back what he has stolen, and walks in the statutes of life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die.

"None of his sins which he has committed shall be remembered against him; he has done what is lawful and right; he shall surely live.

" Yet the children of your people say, 'The way of the LORD is not fair.' But it is their way which is not fair!

Zintzoa, bere zuzentasunetik aldendu eta bidegabekeria egiten badu, hil egingo da;

Cuando el justo se aparte de su justicia y cometa iniquidad, morir? por ello.

Si le juste se d?tourne de sa justice et commet l'iniquit?, il mourra ? cause de cela.

"When the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he shall die because of it.

Y cuando el imp?o se aparte de su impiedad y act?e conforme al derecho y la justicia, vivir? por ello.

"But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it.

Vous dites: La voie du Seigneur n'est pas droite. Je vous jugerai chacun selon ses voies, maison d'Isra?l !

"Yet you say, 'The way of the LORD is not fair.' O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his own ways."

Gure erbestealdiko hamabigarren urtean, hamargarren hilaren bostean, Jerusalemdik ihes egindako bat iritsi zitzaidan, esanez: "Hartu dute hiria".

Aconteci? en el a?o duod?cimo de nuestro cautiverio, en el mes d?cimo, a los cinco d?as del mes, que vino a m? un fugitivo de Jerusal?n, diciendo: "?La ciudad ha sido conquistada!".

La douzi?me ann?e, le cinqui?me jour du dixi?me mois de notre captivit?, un homme qui s'?tait ?chapp? de J?rusalem vint ? moi et dit: La ville a ?t? prise !

And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth [month,] on the fifth [day] of the month, [that] one who had escaped from Jerusalem came to me and said, "The city has been captured!"

Now the hand of the LORD had been upon me the evening before the man came who had escaped. And He had opened my mouth; so when he came to me in the morning, my mouth was opened, and I was no longer mute.

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying:

"Gizaseme, Israelen hirietako hondakinen artean bizi direnek esaten dute: "Abrahamek, bakarra izanik, lurraldearen jabetza izan bazuen, are gehiago guk, hain ugari izanik".

"Hijo de hombre, los que habitan aquellos lugares asolados en la tierra de Israel, hablan diciendo: "Abraham era uno, y posey? la tierra; pues nosotros somos muchos; a nosotros nos es dada la tierra en posesi?n".

Fils de l'homme, ceux qui habitent ces ruines dans le pays d'Isra?l disent: Abraham ?tait seul, et il a h?rit? le pays; ? nous qui sommes nombreux, le pays est donn? en possession.

"Son of man, they who inhabit those ruins in the land of Israel are saying, 'Abraham was only one, and he inherited the land. But we [are] many; the land has been given to us as a possession.'

"Therefore say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "You eat [meat] with blood, you lift up your eyes toward your idols, and shed blood. Should you then possess the land?

Armen indarkeriazale zarete, egintza higuingarriak egin eta lagun hurkoaren emaztea desohoratzen duzue. Nola nahi duzue, bada, lurralde honen jabetza izan?

"You rely on your sword, you commit abominations, and you defile one another's wives. Should you then possess the land?" '

Les dir?s: "As? ha dicho Jehov?, el Se?or: Vivo yo, que los que est?n en aquellos lugares asolados caer?n a espada, y al que est? sobre la faz del campo entregar? a las fieras para que lo devoren; y los que est?n en las fortalezas y en las cuevas, de peste morir?n.

Dis -leur: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'?ternel: Je suis vivant ! Ceux qui sont parmi les ruines tomberont par l'?p?e; ceux qui sont dans les champs, j'en ferai la p?ture des b?tes; et ceux qui sont dans les forts et dans les cavernes mourront par la peste.

"Say thus to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "[As] I live, surely those who [are] in the ruins shall fall by the sword, and the one who [is] in the open field I will give to the beasts to be devoured, and those who [are] in the strongholds and caves shall die of the pestilence.

Basamortu eta hondamendi bihurtuko dut herrialdea, beraren indar harroa desegingo; Israelgo mendiak hondamendi bihurtuko ditut, eta ez da handik inor igaroko.

Je r?duirai le pays en solitude et en d?sert; l'orgueil de sa force prendra fin, les montagnes d'Isra?l seront d?sol?es, personne n'y passera.

"For I will make the land most desolate, her arrogant strength shall cease, and the mountains of Israel shall be so desolate that no one will pass through.

Egintza higuingarri guztiak zigortzeko, herrialdea basamortu eta hondamendi bihurtuko dudanean, orduan jakingo dute ni naizela Jauna.

Y sabr?n que yo soy Jehov?, cuando convierta la tierra en soledad y desolaci?n, por todas las abominaciones que han hecho".

Et ils sauront que je suis l'?ternel, quand je r?duirai le pays en solitude et en d?sert, ? cause de toutes les abominations qu'ils ont commises.

"Then they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I have made the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed." '

"Gizaseme, zure herritarrak zutaz ari dira harresi ondoan eta etxe-atarietan, elkarri esanez: "Goazen, ea zein mezu ematen digun Jaunak".

"En cuanto a ti, hijo de hombre, los hijos de tu pueblo se mofan de ti junto a las paredes y a las puertas de las casas, y habla el uno con el otro, cada uno con su hermano, diciendo: "?Venid ahora, y o?d qu? palabra viene de Jehov?!".

Et toi, fils de l'homme, les enfants de ton peuple s'entretiennent de toi pr?s des murs et aux portes des maisons, et ils se disent l'un ? l'autre, chacun ? son fr?re: Venez donc, et ?coutez quelle est la parole qui est proc?d?e de l'?ternel !

" As for you, son of man, the children of your people are talking about you beside the walls and in the doors of the houses; and they speak to one another, everyone saying to his brother, 'Please come and hear what the word is that comes from the LORD.'

Eta multzoan etortzen dira zuregana, eta nire herria zure aurrean esertzen da; entzuten dituzte zure hitzak, baina bete ez; atsegin dituzte zure hitzak, baina beren probetxu bila dabiltza barruan.

Y vienen a ti como viene el pueblo, y est?n delante de ti como pueblo m?o. Oyen tus palabras, pero no las ponen por obra, antes hacen halagos con sus bocas y el coraz?n de ellos anda en pos de su avaricia.

Et ils se rendent en foule aupr?s de toi, et mon peuple s'assied devant toi; ils ?coutent tes paroles, mais ils ne les mettent point en pratique, car leur bouche en fait un sujet de moquerie, et leur coeur se livre ? la cupidit?.

"So they come to you as people do, they sit before you [as] My people, and they hear your words, but they do not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, [but] their hearts pursue their [own] gain.

"Hijo de hombre, profetiza contra los pastores de Israel; profetiza, y di a los pastores: "As? ha dicho Jehov?, el Se?or: ?Ay de los pastores de Israel, que se apacientan a s? mismos! ?Acaso los pastores no apacientan a los reba?os?

Fils de l'homme, proph?tise contre les pasteurs d'Isra?l ! Proph?tise, et dis -leur, aux pasteurs: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'?ternel: Malheur aux pasteurs d'Isra?l, qui se paissaient eux-m?mes! Les pasteurs ne devaient-ils pas pa?tre le troupeau ?

"Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD to the shepherds: "Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

Ardikiz elikatzen zarete, artilez janzten eta arkumerik ederrenak hiltzen dituzue, baina ez duzue artaldea zaintzen.

Os aliment?is con la leche de las ovejas, os vest?s con su lana y degoll?is a la engordada, pero no las apacent?is.

Vous avez mang? la graisse, vous vous ?tes v?tus avec la laine, vous avez tu? ce qui ?tait gras, vous n'avez point fait pa?tre les brebis.

"You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool; you slaughter the fatlings, [but] you do not feed the flock.
