"Take outside the camp him who has cursed; then let all who heard [him] lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him.

Israeldarrei, berriz, honako agindu hauek adieraziko dizkiezu: "Jainkoa madarikatzen duenak bere bekatuaren ondorenak jasan beharko ditu: harrika hilko du elkarte osoak.

Y a los hijos de Israel hablar?s as?: Cualquiera que maldiga a su Dios cargar? con su pecado.

Tu parleras aux enfants d'Isra?l, et tu diras: Quiconque maudira son Dieu portera la peine de son p?ch?.

"Then you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

Jaunaren izena iraintzen duenak heriotza-zigorra izango du. Etorkina nahiz bertakoa izan, Jaunaren izena iraintzen duenari heriotza emango diote.

El que blasfeme contra el nombre de Jehov? ha de ser muerto; toda la congregaci?n lo apedrear?. Tanto el extranjero como el natural, si blasfema contra el Nombre, que muera.

Celui qui blasph?mera le nom de l'?ternel sera puni de mort: toute l'assembl?e le lapidera. Qu'il soit ?tranger ou indig?ne, il mourra, pour avoir blasph?m? le nom de Dieu.

'And whoever blasphemes the name of the LORD shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him, the stranger as well as him who is born in the land. When he blasphemes the name [of the] [Lord,] he shall be put to death.

"Norbait hiltzen duenak heriotza-zigorra izango du.

"Asimismo el hombre que hiere de muerte a cualquier persona, que sufra la muerte.

Celui qui frappera un homme mortellement sera puni de mort.

' Whoever kills any man shall surely be put to death.

"Beste baten aberea hiltzen duenak abere bizia itzuliko du hildakoaren ordain.

"El que hiere a alg?n animal ha de restituirlo, animal por animal.

Celui qui frappera un animal mortellement le remplacera: vie pour vie.

'Whoever kills an animal shall make it good, animal for animal.

"Norbaitek herritarra zauritzen badu, zauri berdina egingo diote berari:

"El que cause una lesi?n a su pr?jimo, seg?n lo hizo, as? le sea hecho:

Si quelqu'un blesse son prochain, il lui sera fait comme il a fait:

'If a man causes disfigurement of his neighbor, as he has done, so shall it be done to him --

"El que hiera alg?n animal ha de restituirlo, pero el que hiere de muerte a un hombre, que muera.

Celui qui tuera un animal le remplacera, mais celui qui tuera un homme sera puni de mort.

'And whoever kills an animal shall restore it; but whoever kills a man shall be put to death.

"Lege bat bera izango duzue etorkinarentzat eta bertakoarentzat, neu bainaiz Jauna, zuen Jainkoa".

"Un mismo estatuto tendr?is para el extranjero y para el natural, porque yo soy Jehov?, vuestro Dios".

Vous aurez la m?me loi, l'?tranger comme l'indig?ne; car je suis l'?ternel, votre Dieu.

'You shall have the same law for the stranger and for one from your own country; for I [am] the LORD your God.' "

Then Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they took outside the camp him who had cursed, and stoned him with stones. So the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Parle aux enfants d'Isra?l, et tu leur diras: Quand vous serez entr?s dans le pays que je vous donne, la terre se reposera: ce sera un sabbat en l'honneur de l'?ternel.

"Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to the LORD.

Sei urtez ereingo duzue zeuen soroetan, sei urtez inausiko mahastiak eta bilduko uztak;

Seis a?os sembrar?s tu tierra, seis a?os podar?s tu vi?a y recoger?s sus frutos.

Pendant six ann?es tu ensemenceras ton champ, pendant six ann?es tu tailleras ta vigne; et tu en recueilleras le produit.

'Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather its fruit;

'but in the seventh year there shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a sabbath to the LORD. You shall neither sow your field nor prune your vineyard.

ez duzue moztuko azken uztaren ondoren berez erneko den garirik, ezta bilduko ere inausi gabe utzitako mahastien fruiturik: atseden-urtea izango da lurrarentzat.

No segar?s lo que de por s? nazca en tu tierra segada, y las uvas de tu vi?edo no vendimiar?s; a?o de reposo ser? para la tierra.

Tu ne moissonneras point ce qui proviendra des grains tomb?s de ta moisson, et tu ne vendangeras point les raisins de ta vigne non taill?e: ce sera une ann?e de repos pour la terre.

'What grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not reap, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine, [for] it is a year of rest for the land.

Lurraren atsedenaldian ez zaizue faltako zer janik, ez zuei, ez zuen morroi-mirabe eta langileei, ezta zuekin bizi diren etorkinei ere.

'And the sabbath [produce] of the land shall be food for you: for you, your male and female servants, your hired man, and the stranger who dwells with you,

' And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.

'Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth [day] of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land.

Berrogeita hamargarren urtea urte santutzat hartuko duzue eta "Jubileu Urte" emango diozue izen. Urte horretan askapena aldarrikatuko duzue zeuen lurraldeko biztanle guztientzat: nork bere lurren jabetza berreskuratu ahal izango du, nor bere senitartera itzuliko da.

Et vous sanctifierez la cinquanti?me ann?e, vous publierez la libert? dans le pays pour tous ses habitants: ce sera pour vous le jubil?; chacun de vous retournera dans sa propri?t?, et chacun de vous retournera dans sa famille.

'And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout [all] the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.

'That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee to you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of its own accord, nor gather [the grapes] of your untended vine.

Jubileu Urtea izango baita, zuek santutzat hartu beharrekoa. Jan ahal izango duzue, ordea, lurrak berez emango duena.

Car c'est le jubil?: vous le regarderez comme une chose sainte. Vous mangerez le produit de vos champs.

'For it [is] the Jubilee; it shall be holy to you; you shall eat its produce from the field.

"En este a?o de jubileo volver?is cada uno a vuestra posesi?n.

Dans cette ann?e de jubil?, chacun de vous retournera dans sa propri?t?.

' In this Year of Jubilee, each of you shall return to his possession.

Cuando vend?is algo a vuestro pr?jimo o compr?is de manos de vuestro pr?jimo, no enga?e ninguno a su hermano.

Si vous vendez ? votre prochain, ou si vous achetez de votre prochain, qu'aucun de vous ne trompe son fr?re.

'And if you sell anything to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor's hand, you shall not oppress one another.

salerosketak egitean, izan kontuan azken Jubileu Urteaz gero igarotako urteak eta hurrengora arte falta direnak:

'According to the number of years after the Jubilee you shall buy from your neighbor, and according to the number of years of crops he shall sell to you.

zenbat eta urte gehiago falta, hainbat eta handiagoa prezioa; zenbat eta urte gutxiago, hainbat eta txikiagoa prezioa, saltzen dena gelditzen diren uztak baitira.

Cuanto mayor sea el n?mero de los a?os, aumentar?s el precio, y cuanto menor sea el n?mero, disminuir?s el precio, porque seg?n el n?mero de las cosechas te vender? ?l.

Plus il y aura d'ann?es, plus tu ?l?veras le prix; et moins il y aura d'ann?es, plus tu le r?duiras; car c'est le nombre des r?coltes qu'il te vend.

'According to the multitude of years you shall increase its price, and according to the fewer number of years you shall diminish its price; for he sells to you [according] to the number [of the years] of the crops.

"Ez biezaio inork herritarrari kalterik egin; horrela erakutsiko duzue begirune diozuela zeuen Jainkoari. Neu naiz Jauna, zuen Jainkoa.

"No enga?e ninguno a su pr?jimo, sino temed a vuestro Dios, porque yo soy Jehov?, vuestro Dios.

'Therefore you shall not oppress one another, but you shall fear your God; for I [am] the LORD your God.

Bete nire legeak, gorde nire erabakiak. Bete eta lasai biziko zarete lurraldean.

Ejecutad, pues, mis estatutos y guardad mis ordenanzas; ponedlos por obra y habitar?is en la tierra seguros.

Mettez mes lois en pratique, observez mes ordonnances et mettez-les en pratique; et vous habiterez en s?curit? dans le pays.

' So you shall observe My statutes and keep My judgments, and perform them; and you will dwell in the land in safety.

'Then the land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill, and dwell there in safety.

'And if you say, "What shall we eat in the seventh year, since we shall not sow nor gather in our produce?"

'Then I will command My blessing on you in the sixth year, and it will bring forth produce enough for three years.

'And you shall sow in the eighth year, and eat old produce until the ninth year; until its produce comes in, you shall eat [of] the old [harvest.]

' The land shall not be sold permanently, for the land [is] Mine; for you [are] strangers and sojourners with Me.

'And in all the land of your possession you shall grant redemption of the land.

Si ton fr?re devient pauvre et vend une portion de sa propri?t?, celui qui a le droit de rachat, son plus proche parent, viendra et rach?tera ce qu'a vendu son fr?re.

' If one of your brethren becomes poor, and has sold [some] of his possession, and if his redeeming relative comes to redeem it, then he may redeem what his brother sold.

Norbaitek, jabetza berreskura diezaiokeen ahaiderik eduki ez arren, bere kabuz horretarako adina diru lortzen badu,

"Cuando el hombre no tenga quien rescate, y consigue lo suficiente para el rescate,

'Or if the man has no one to redeem it, but he himself becomes able to redeem it,

bere lur-sailaren jabetza berreskuratuko du, hurrengo Jubileu Urtera arte falta diren urteen arabera erosleari zor dion diru-kopurua itzuli ondoren.

entonces contar? los a?os desde que vendi?, y pagar? lo que falta al hombre a quien vendi?, y volver? a su posesi?n.

il comptera les ann?es depuis la vente, restituera le surplus ? l'acqu?reur, et retournera dans sa propri?t?.

'then let him count the years since its sale, and restore the remainder to the man to whom he sold it, that he may return to his possession.

'But if he is not able to have [it] restored to himself, then what was sold shall remain in the hand of him who bought it until the Year of Jubilee; and in the Jubilee it shall be released, and he shall return to his possession.

Si un homme vend une maison d'habitation dans une ville entour?e de murs, il aura le droit de rachat jusqu'? l'accomplissement d'une ann?e depuis la vente; son droit de rachat durera un an.

'If a man sells a house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; [within] a full year he may redeem it.

Berreskuratzen ez badu, behin urtea burutuz gero, eroslearen eta beronen ondorengoen esku geldituko da betiko; Jubileu Urtean ere ez dute jabetza galduko.

Y si no es rescatada dentro de ese a?o, la casa que est? en la ciudad amurallada quedar? para siempre en poder de aquel que la compr?, y de sus descendientes; no quedar? libre en el jubileo.

Mais si cette maison situ?e dans une ville entour?e de murs n'est pas rachet?e avant l'accomplissement d'une ann?e enti?re, elle restera ? perp?tuit? ? l'acqu?reur et ? ses descendants; il n'en sortira point au jubil?.

'But if it is not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house in the walled city shall belong permanently to him who bought it, throughout his generations. It shall not be released in the Jubilee.

'However the houses of villages which have no wall around them shall be counted as the fields of the country. They may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the Jubilee.

"Lebitarrei dagokienez, noiznahi izango dute lebitar-hirietan dituzten etxeak berreskuratzeko eskubidea.

"Pero en cuanto a las ciudades de los levitas, estos podr?n rescatar en cualquier tiempo las casas en las ciudades de su posesi?n.

Quant aux villes des L?vites et aux maisons qu'ils y poss?deront, les L?vites auront droit perp?tuel de rachat.

'Nevertheless the cities of the Levites, [and] the houses in the cities of their possession, the Levites may redeem at any time.

Etxea erosi duena beste lebitar bat bada ere, Jubileu Urtean jatorrizko jabeari itzuliko zaio, zeren israeldarren artean lebitarren jabetza bakarra lebitar-hirietako etxeak baitira.

En el jubileo, el que haya comprado de los levitas saldr? de la casa vendida o de la ciudad de su posesi?n, por cuanto las casas de las ciudades de los levitas son la posesi?n de ellos entre los hijos de Israel.

Celui qui ach?tera des L?vites une maison, sortira au jubil? de la maison vendue et de la ville o? il la poss?dait; car les maisons des villes des L?vites sont leur propri?t? au milieu des enfants d'Isra?l.

'And if a man purchases a house from the Levites, then the house that was sold in the city of his possession shall be released in the Jubilee; for the houses in the cities of the Levites [are] their possession among the children of Israel.

Lebitar-hirietako herri-lurrak ez daitezke sal, lebitarren behin betiko jabetza baitira.

'But the field of the common-land of their cities may not be sold, for it [is] their perpetual possession.

'Take no usury or interest from him; but fear your God, that your brother may live with you.
