Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (2001) and PhD in Mechanical Engineering (2016), by the UPV / EHU. Since 2006 she is lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the School of Engineering of Vitoria-Gasteiz, teaching several subjects in the degree of Mechanical Engineering and the Degree in Automotive Engineering: mechanics, elasticity and strength of materials and FEM analysis.
She also has 5 years of work experience as a researcher and test-engineer in an aeronautical technology center and she has been participating in regional and national and international R & D projects since 2002.
Currently, she is investigating interlaminar fracture of composite materials and collaborates in the research line of applications of new materials in renewable energies.
She is co-author of more tan 10 scientific articles indexed in InCites Journal Citation Reports, more than 20 contributions to congresses and co-inventor of two patents.
