The main objective of this subject is to provide an introductory vision, considering theoretical and practical approaches, of business organizations¿ nature and functioning, and their relationship with the biomedical engineering environment. For that purpose, basic training in business organization is provided to the student. This training addresses both the strategic management process and the analysis of the different functional subsystems of organizations from the point of view of companies related to health.
