This fundamental subject introduces the basic knowledge and tools for biomedical signal processing. The concepts and tools for the analysis of continuous and discrete-time signals and systems, both in the time and frequency domain, are studied. The subject adopts a practical approach to digital signal processing in programming environments commonly used in engineering.
