Graduate in Economics, UPV/EHU (2008) and PhD in UPV/EHU and University of Grenoble-Alpes 2 (France). He teaches Macroeconomics.

His research covers a wide range of issues related with international macroeconomics and can be summarized in three areas: international monetary integration; growth models and cycles of profitability.
