PhD in Economics from the UPV / EHU University. My teaching activity is focused on Microeconomics and Macroeconomics subjects. My research activity has focused on analyzing the interaction between the choice of environmental policy by the competent authority and strategic decision making by companies, analyzing the impact of environmental policies on the level of employment and social welfare.

We have also analyzed how environmental regulation is affected by the fact that there is cross-ownership between companies assuming that governments use two regulatory measures: environmental taxes or standards.
