Degree in Pharmacy in 2013 and PhD in Microbiology in 2020 from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Since September 2021 she is assistant professor at the Department of Immunology, Microbiology and Parasitology of the UPV/EHU, in the Faculty of Pharmacy.



She is a member of the "Fungal And Bacterial Biomics research group" of the UPV/EHU. Together with the research group, he has participated in 13 publications that have been published in international journals, 9 of which have been published in first quartile journals. Most of these studies have been carried out on Scedosporium/Lomentospora fungi, which have been the main focus of his research career. On the other hand, he has participated in 5 research projects funded by the Basque Government and the University of the Basque Country. In addition, she has participated in a total of 37 communications to congresses, 20 of them to international congresses.
