He received the Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics and Automatics Engineering from the University of A Coruña, Galicia - Spain in 2016 and the M.Sc. on Advanced Electronic Systems from the University of the Basque Country, Bilbao in 2018. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in Physical Engineering in 2022. He has received several awards because of his academic development from the Rector of the University of A Coruña as well as from the Autonomous Government of the Community of Galicia. He is also working as a Professor in the Department of Electricity and Electronics of the University of the Basque Country. His current research interests mainly cover Computational Intelligence Algorithms (mainly shallow and deep Extreme Learning Machines and Fuzzy Logic) as well as Hardware-Software partitioning, hardware design on VHDL, FPGAs and Advanced Driving Assistance Systems.
