Undergraduate fellow in the National Commission of the Electrical System (CNE). Sup. Industrial Engineer (Electrical Eng.). Postgraduate fellow in the Electronic Technology Department (UPV / EHU). Certificate of Advanced Studies in Electronic Technology (2001). Associate professor and temporary part-time internship between 2000-2002 (ETSI of Bilbao). Hired by the Robotiker technology center (Tecnalia) 2001-2002. Full-time assistant professor (ANECA) from 2003 to the present. It has granted complements C1, C2 and B1 (2009, Unibasq). Member of the Research Group in Applied Electronics (APERT) since 2002. Founding partner of the technology-based company System-on-Chip Engineering (SoCe) spin-off UPV / EHU, 2010.

He has collaborated in more than 30 competitive projects with public entities, in addition to having developed more than 20 projects with private entities. He is co-author of 8 publications in journals with impact index and more than 20 publications in international and national congresses.

He teaches in the Master of Sist. Advanced Electronics (SIEAV), in the degree in Telecommunications Engineering, in the degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation, and in the Master in Telecommunications Engineering.

With multidisciplinary niches such as power electronics and communications, the core of the research trajectory focuses on digital architectures with high computing capacity on reconfigurable devices (FPGAs) and on-chip systems (SoCs).
