Professor of Labor Law and Social Security in the Faculty of Labor Relations and Social Work (University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea) where I have taught since 1994, Labor Law, Social Security, Trade Union Law, Social Audit Labor, Payroll and Social Security by Order, Resolution of Collective Conflicts and Equality Plans. I have also taught in the Master of Equality Agents, in a Course of Complementary Studies on Equality Plans, and on Plans of Equality in the Degree and in a Master of Human Resources, as well as in the Master of Law. Doctor of Law; title of Equality Agent and University Specialist in Gender Violence, etc ... My doctoral thesis dealt with the application of the gender approach and the preparation of Equality Plans for personnel at the service of the Justice Administration.

I have been Deputy Magistrate in the TSJ of the Basque Country, and I have also worked for a Consulting company designing and elaborating Equality Plans in the Public Administration and private companies, or preparing reports to implement regional regulations. I have collaborated in several projects with EMAKUNDE (Basque Institute for Women); I have been a member of the Equality Commission of my Center, and I have also worked in various management positions, such as the Academic Secretary of the Directorate, and currently, as Co-Director of the Socio-Labor Audit Postgraduate of the Faculty of Labor Relations and Social work.
