Degree in Economics and Business Studies (1995), Master in Finance (1996) and Doctor in Economics and Business Studies (2014) from the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.

She is a lecturer in the Department of Evaluation of Business Management and Innovation at the UPV/EHU, where she teaches Accounting since 1996. Qualification of excellent in the 9th call of the Teaching Program Docentiaz, certified by UNIBASQ/ANECA in 2019.

She is co-author of numerous scientific articles, books and book chapters, as well as several contributions in national and international congregations.

Currently, she focuses her research on the Non-Profit Sector organizations´ management.
