Lecturer in the Department of Financial Economics II at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) since February 2021, and Assistant Professor (Profesor Ayudante Doctor) since October 2024. I hold a PhD in Business Management, Knowledge and Innovation. My research focuses on cooperative enterprises—both worker and agricultural cooperatives—with particular attention to their organizational dimensions. My main lines of inquiry include stakeholder collaboration, democratic governance, social management, innovation, eco-innovation, and cooperative degeneration. In the teaching field, I deliver courses related to organization, human resource management, and finance. My work combines a critical and applied perspective aimed at understanding and strengthening alternative, sustainable, and people-centered business models.
