PhD in Social and Legal Sciences (UPV/EHU, 2020), Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (Mondragon Unibertsitatea, 2005), and Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Law (University of Deusto, 2004). He has undertaken academic and research stays at European universities, including Umeå Universitet (Sweden, 2004) and KU Leuven (Belgium, 2019).



Since 2022, he has held the position of Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (UPV/EHU), where he teaches the courses “Policies, Functions and Techniques of Personnel; Sociology of the Enterprise I” and “Change Management and Innovation; Sociology of the Enterprise II”. He also coordinates the Minor in “People and Innovation” within the Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.



He has been part of the Executive Board of the European Workplace Innovation Network (EUWIN) from its establishment in 2019 until 2025, and since that year has served as Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Workplace Innovation.



His main lines of research focus on workplace innovation, organisational change, technological change, innovation policy, and collaborative governance, approached from an interdisciplinary perspective oriented towards working life reform.
