Teaching and research staff wishing to access the Faculty outside its opening hours must obtain prior authorisation from the Dean's Office. Predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers, as well as individuals who are not direct members of the Faculty, must also obtain authorisation from their supervisor.

IMPORTANT!

A new application form is available since September 2026. Until 31 December 2026, both the old and the new application forms will be accepted, although the use of the new form is strongly encouraged. From 1 January 2027 onwards, only the new procedure will be accepted.

Please note that:

• Authorisation is granted on an individual basis and is linked to the access card holder.
• Each access card may only be used by its holder; no other person may enter using that card.
• Applications must be submitted individually and not on behalf of research groups.
• All safety regulations must be observed, and no person may work alone in a laboratory.
• If laboratory work is to be carried out, it must not involve medium- or high-risk activities.
• Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic withdrawal of the authorisation.
