Dr. Edurne Martínez Moreno: Associate Professor of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) since 2012. Degree in Psychology from the UPV-EHU (2003) and European PhD with mention of quality in Work and Organizational Psychology by the University of de Valesncia (2012) where he obtained the extraordinary doctorate prize (2013-2014).
She teaches the subjects of Organizational and Work Psychology, Human Resources Psychology and Introduction to the Practicum in the Degree in Psychology and the modules of Face-to-face and Virtual Teams and Management of People in Organizations in Organizational Psychology and Psychosocial Intervention Master. She has participated in 6 research projects, being the main researcher in one of them. She has numerous publications and participations in national and international conferences. She has done research stays at Delft University of Technology and North Carolina State University. In relation to the lines of research that it has been developing, the study of work teams, their leadership and the development of training techniques for their effectiveness and innovation; and at the applied level, the promotion of innovation teams in organizations as instruments for organizational development. Currently, she is the main researcher on E-selection and multiple discrimination: A perspective of equal opportunities project.
