Degree in Naval Machinery from the University of the Basque Country and Naval Technical Engineer from the University of Cantabria. He obtained his doctorate in Nautical Engineering, Marine and Naval Radioelectronics in 2017. He is currently a professor and reseacher in the Department of Energy Engineering of the University of the Basque Country.He has participated in several contracts and projects, and is the co-author of several scientific articles.
