Graduate (1999) and International Doctor (2014) in Psychology from the UPV/EHU, where she has been a faculty since 2001. To date, she has taught more than a dozen subjects in different Degrees and Postgraduates and obtained several times the diploma of excellence in teaching in the Docentiaz program that evaluates the teaching activity of the institution's faculty.
Regarding management, she has been vice-dean of mobility and quality for two years in the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology. She has also been coordinator of the Early Childhood Education Degree for three years. At present and for five years she has been the coordinator of the team of teachers in her departmental section and for two years she has been the coordinator of the Practicum III in Special Education.
In the field of research, she has participated or has been the principal investigator in ten projects subsidized by different entities. She has been a visiting professor at the University of Exeter (UK) and the University of Urbino (Italy). She is co-author of 16 scientific articles, 5 books, 3 book chapters and 37 contributions in national and international conferences. She has 1 six-year research term recognized by the CNEAI. Her research interests focus on socio-emotional well-being in educational contexts, the inclusion of people with educational support needs and educational innovation in higher education.
