Telecommunications Engineer in 2000 with experience in embedded systems integration. January 2003, joining the research group "Signal Treatment and Radiocommunications" (TSR) of the Department of Electronics and Communications of the Bilbao School of Engineering, and beginning of teaching work in June 2004, in the same Department. Doctoral thesis in digital broadcasting systems in 2006 and professor since 2018. PI of projects related to optimal planning of radio communications services, such as Saiotek OPTI-WiFi, and related to virtualization in the industry such as Elkarteks VIRTUAL and VIRTGRID. Participation in another 25 projects with public financing, one of them European, and in 18 contracts with companies. The result of this research work has been the co-authorship of 31 JCR articles, 23 Q1s, and more than 40 contributions to international conferences and 11 to national conferences. Numerous contributions of a scientific nature to the meetings of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) – Radiocommunications Sector, in which it is Focal Point of the UPV/EHU since 2008. These contributions have led to the development of 1 International Recommendation, 4 Reports and 2 Handbooks.
