Description:

Due to the selectivity of its detector, this chromatograph allows for trace-level quantification (ppb and ppm) of compounds that require high selectivity due to their presence in samples with many interferences (biological, complex environmental, or industrial samples) or due to regulatory compliance requirements (forensic methods).

Applications:

This equipment is currently used for the following applications:

• Automated quantitative analysis of PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) in various samples (sediments, marine biomarkers, soils, etc.)
• Quantitative analysis of compounds with selectivity requirements in the industrial and forensic fields.
• Quantitative analysis of traces of contaminants: PCBs, phthalates, etc.
