Description:

Ultrafast liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to a diode array detector (DAD) and a tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer with time-of-flight (high resolution) using two types of interfaces: electrospray (ESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI). The sample compartment and column are thermostatically controlled, but direct infusion of the liquid sample into the analyzer is also possible, providing a resolution of 40,000 FWHM and a mass accuracy of approximately 1 ppm.

Applications:

The equipment is primarily used for the structural elucidation of organic chemical synthesis products and is indicated for the identification, for example, of drugs in pharmaceutical formulations, pesticides, natural product extracts, and pure substances from chemical mixtures that are important in basic research, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and food safety.
