The Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness has accepted and will fund the project entitled "Methane generation in remote areas from renewable energy". Doctors José F. Cambra and V. Laura Barrio will lead this project.

This project deals with the "green" methane (with renewable origin) production using CO2 and surplus electricity generated by renewable electricity sources.
