Brief description: The sustainability of the agricultural world requires increased productivity and quality, in order to obtain higher economic, social and environmental returns. In this sense, the wine sector, which is working towards a sustainable and more environmentally friendly agriculture, needs scientific and technological advances to respond to corporate social responsibilities (e.g. treatment limitation challenges) and the challenges caused by climate change (changes in the distribution of pathogens and susceptibility to them...). This project aims to create a consortium to develop a predictive tool based on the microbial grape community and the value of water activity (Aw) as indicators of botrytis and its severity in vineyards, with the aim of reducing economic losses for the winegrower through a more targeted viticulture.
