To apply for oral or poster presentations, please prepare your 1-page abstract (in English) using this template, and submit it in PDF format when submitting your application.

Once your Abstract is ready, proceed with the submission following the next application. You may choose between Oral and Poster Presentations, or Listener. In the latter case an abstract is not required.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your submission has been accepted.  After the registration deadline, the Organizing Committee will inform which Abstracts have been selected for Oral and for Poster presentations, based on the number and topic of the applications.
