ENLIGHT STAFF TRAINING WEEK 2025
APPLICATION closed The ENLIGHT staff training week hosted at the University of the Basque Country aims at bringing together several administrative services and departments for their members to share best practices and facilitate peer-learning.
INTERDISCIPLINARY STAFF TRAINING WEEK
This event hopes to spark solid cooperative dynamics among the professionals of the ENLIGHT universities and enhance a sense of belonging.
This interdisciplinary staff training week will alternate plenary sessions for all participants designed to raise awareness of the ENLIGHT partner universities, with thematic meetings where more focussed content can be addressed. A social programme in Bilbao will also be available for participants, alongside opportunities for customized bilateral meetings in the aftermath.
The goal for this staff training week is to trigger subsequent iterations of the service-gatherings by establishing some kind of hosting institution rotation, in the hope that this event becomes a yearly tradition for the services participating.
