ABSTRACT SUBMISSION - Texts in English

General instructions for Abstracts submission:

Abstracts should be electronically submitted to http://oases.wageningenacademic.com/ using the on-line Wageningen Academic Publishers Online Academic Submission & Evaluation System (Please choose Envisioning Conference 2015).
 
Registration is required for authors that use for the first time the submission and evaluation system (Sign up).
 

 

 

    • Abstract should have max. 2500 characters (incl blancs), including title of the paper, authors(s) and affiliation(s).
    • Use British English spelling. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.

Abstract Review and Author Notification:

All abstracts will be peer-review by the conference scientific committee and external reviewers. Each author will be electronically notified of the outcome of their abstract submission no later than 15 APRIL 2015.

 

Authors of accepted abstracts – both oral presentations and posters – are cordially invited to write full papers (maximum of 6 pages). Full papers will be peer-reviewed, and edited by the Organizing committee for the conference publication. To guarantee a good quality of the publication, papers of insufficient quality will be refused.
 
Deadline for submission of full papers is 20 June 2015. Submitting a paper is required for presentation.
 
The conference volume, published by Wageningen Academic Publishers, will be delivered to participants at the welcome reception of the conference. (To see other proceedings published by Wageningen Academics at the Food Sciences serie:  www.wageningenacademic.com).
