Degree in Economics from the University of the Basque Country with extraordinary and excellence award. Recipient of an IKASIKER research grant from the Basque Government. Postgraduate from the University of the Basque Country in the Master's program "Master in Economics: Empirical and Policy Applications". PhD in quantitative economics, his research focuses on the field of macroeconomics, specifically in the area of economic growth and resource misallocation. He was also the recipient of a pre-doctoral research grant that accredited him as research teaching staff of the UPV/EHU, funded by this same institution.
