After completing the nomination procedure in your home university and once your mobility application has been accepted by the UPV/EHU, you should send the document Learning Agreement for Studies, using the following forms.

• Enrolment Form (UPV/EHU): Application for acceptance
• Learning Agreement for Studies (docx, 83 Kb)
  This must be signed by the coordinator at your home university 
• Degree in Nursing (Donostia)

The deadlines are as follows:

• For students enrolled for the first semester or full year: 30th June.

• For students enrolled for the second semester: 30th November.

Places for clinical practices at hospitals, clinics and health centres are limited and they are in high demand. To prevent problems in assigning the places, we recommend the nomination to be sent by the coordinators in the countries of origin. 

To correctly draft the Learning Agreement, the student should consult the syllabus, which should be as similar as possible to the one they wish to study at UPV/EHU (only minor modifications are allowed at the start of each term/semester).

After receiving the initial documents, the student will receive an email with instructions to submit their information on our student management platform, GAUR.

• A copy of your medical insurance

This must include repatriation and Civil Liability clauses that cover all academic activities (minimum coverage of 50.000 €).
