Iñaki Vázquez is a PhD student working on interdisciplinary scientific strategies in Heritage and Landscape and the UPV/EHU. His research is based on the development of new natural materials for the cleaning of metallic leachates in heritage elements and the development of novel spectroscopic methods for their chemical characterization. He studied the Bachelor’s in Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry (Donostia) and the Master in Environmental Contamination and Toxicology at the Plentzia Marine Station (PiE).
