Blended Intensive Programme: Erasmus+ without Barriers – Let’s Go Together!

CHARLES UNIVERSITY

Greetings from the Charles University Erasmus+ Office! Let me invite you to the Blended Intensive programme „Erasmus+ without Barriers – Let’s Go Together!“ organized by the CU International Relations Office.

Since you belong to our most active partners, we would be delighted to meet you here in Prague and take this opportunity to focus on the inclusive mobility as one of the highest ECHE priorities.

The main aim of this BIP is mutual learning about the support services offered for Erasmus+ students with special needs at participating universities. During the programme, various barrier types will be approached with the main focus on adjustments that have to be made in order to increase the motivation of underrepresented groups to take study abroad opportunities. The BIP consists of two main parts: 1) a training part based on lectures given by Charles University experts and 2) an interactive part consisting of good practice sharing, ideas exchange, and vivid discussions. Apart from that, an informal university network for stronger cooperation in the field of inclusive mobility will be created.

The virtual component will be held online via ZOOM on the 3rd of June, 2024.
The physical mobility will take place from the 24th to 28th of June, 2024.

Application deadline is the 20th of April 2024.

Application form: https://forms.office.com/e/HmQNUu6HvH

Please find more information in the attachment below, and don’t hesitate to disseminate the invitation to your colleagues from the international relations office as well as inclusion units.

If you have any further questions, I will be happy to answer them anytime.
We are looking forward to meeting you in Prague soon!

Best regards

Liza Getta
