Descripción y contextualización de la asignatura
This subject is based on seminars and visits. Its objective is to complete the training given in the Master, showing students the reality of the professional world through testimonials from professionals with extensive experience in the Master's area. The seminars deal with scientific and technical aspects as well as financial, economic, regulatory and administrative issues. The program of seminars and visits changes from year to year. Technological Centers such as Ikerlan, Vicomtech or Tekniker, companies such as Jema, CAF or Irizar eMobility and emblematic facilities such as Isare in the Enertic building are usually visited. As for the seminars, professionals from companies such as CAF TE or ZIV and researchers and professors expert on the Master’s topic are invited.
In addition, students are usually prepared for the internships and the Master Thesis, sharing received offers, explaining procedures, conducting trainings for interviews, etc.

Convocatoria ordinaria: orientaciones y renuncia
The students will have to be present in all seminars and visits. Moreover, they will have to demonstrate an active participation, with at least 5 questions or comments or analysis carried out during these events. This part of the assessment will weight 20% of the final mark.FINAL EVALUATION SYSTEM
According to article 8 of the Regulations, regulating the assessment of students in the official degrees, the students shall have the right to be evaluated by means of the FINAL EVALUATION SYSTEM, independently of the fact that has or has not participated in the CONTINUOUS EVALUATION SYSTEM. In order to do so, students must present the following information written to the teacher in charge of the subject the renunciation of the CONTINUOUS EVALUATION within a period of 9 weeks from the beginning of the term. In this case, the student will be assessed with a single final exam.
The final exam will consist on presenting 1 or 2 events of the subject program. This presentation will weight 80% of the final mark.
RENUNCIATION
According to article 12 of the Regulations, regulating the assessment of students in the official degrees, in the case of CONTINUOUS EVALUATION, the student may renounce the call for proposals within a period which, as a minimum, will be up to one month before the end of the teaching period of the corresponding subject. This waiver must be submitted in writing to the teacher responsible for the subject. In the case of FINAL EVALUATION, a no presentation to the official examination will result in the automatic waiver of the corresponding call. Renunciation of the call will result in the qualification of not presented.
Convocatoria extraordinaria: orientaciones y renuncia
The criteria and weighting of this call will be the same as that of the ordinary call.RENUNCIATION
A no presentation to the official examination will result in the automatic waiver of the corresponding call. Renunciation of the call will result in the qualification of not presented.
