nireEHU Mobility and stays
The doctoral programme has no agreements in place for mobility and research stays at specific universities, but it encourages all students to undertake stays at the most suitable university or research centre according to their line of research study in each case. Over the last 3 years, several doctoral theses have been defended with an international mention, thanks to the students' stays at centres such as: the University of Essex (Colchester, UK), New York University (USA), The Ohio State University (USA), Grantham Research Institute (London School of Economics, UK), Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (University of Maryland, USA).
