Bachelors in Physics (1994), Masters in Society, Science and Technology in Europe (1995), PhD in Sciences (2001, ‘Complex Systems’), Postdoc in Astrobiology (2002) and Supramolecular Chemistry (2003-2005), KRM developed his career in the UPV/EHU as a Ramón y Cajal Fellow (2007-2012), obtaining the I3 Certificate for an outstanding research trajectory. Lecturer of ‘Systems Biology’ (Grado) and Philosophy of Science and of Biology (Masters), he belongs to two different PhD Programs (FCV & BMBM). His major research interest is the problem of origins of life, approached through diverse methodologies and conceived as a platform to deepen our understanding of living beings and biology at large.
