Primary education encompasses the mandatory schooling years from ages 6 to 12. The aim of this stage is to contribute to the personal and socio-cultural development of children, while also laying the groundwork for lifelong learning. The teacher's role is fundamental at this stage.
In the Primary Education Degree, you will gain the necessary theoretical and practical academic training to face this significant challenge. You will internalise the tools necessary to support your personal development in subjects related to the arts, sciences, ethics, social studies, linguistics, motor skills, mathematics, and technology.
You will have the option to choose the following specialisms or pathways: Library and Reading Encouragement; Intercultural Education; Integrated Language Learning and Physical Education.
Furthermore, starting in the second year, you will engage personally in educational projects at various schools through compulsory work experience.
Access requirement: B2 level in the Basque language.
