Graduate (1991) and doctor (2002) in Mathematics from the UPV-EHU, where he has been teaching since 1992.



He teaches regularly in the Mathematics Grade (first and third courses).



He is co-author of five scientific articles and has participated in six research projects. The lines of research in which he works are linear codes constructed from algebraic curves on finite fields.
