Graduated (1985) and PhD (1995) in Fine Arts from the UPV / EHU, where she has been a professor since 1985 and University Holder since 1997. She has been Director of the Department of Drawing (2013-2018), Member of Commissions: Quality ( 2015-2018), Degrees (2015-2018), Teacher Control (2015-2018), Coord. 3rd year of the Degree of C and D (2014-2016), Coord. of TFG courts (2013-2018), Coord. of ass. "Projects II" (2014- /), Coord. of 4th year of the Degree of C and D (2020- /).
His research activity is oriented in two axes, on the one hand GENERATIVE SEMIOTICS APPLIED TO BIDIMENSIONAL WORKS OF ART: The work of art as a semi-symbolic system (semiologist AJ Greimas) (doctoral programs from 2008-09 and from 2010-11 to the present in the Master INCREARTE). Ausart, vol. 3 (2015), No. 1; Ausart, vol. 5 (2017), No. 1 and Tsantsa, vol.11 (2021).
And on the other hand ODS and ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Research in Educational Innovation-ODS, with actions from 2015 to the present in collaboration with ESAD. IPL of Leiria (Portugal). ApS with the Commission for Equality of the ZTF / FCT of the UPV / EHU (2012-2015) and with Urban-Elika (2015). Coord. IKDi3-11: “Entrepreneurship in the final stage of the Degree. TFG in ODS” (2021-22). They highlight 2017: "Risto Mejide or How do you design a Personal Brand?". Baliabideak 13.
