IRAIA ANTHONISEN AÑABEITIA

Assistant Professor of the Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), in the Faculty of Fine Arts in Leioa. Graduate in Fine Arts, Master in Conservation and Exhibition of Contemporary Art (CYXAC) and PhD with International Mention Cum Laude by the UPV/EHU.

She has worked as a conservator-restorer of contemporary works and international graphic works belonging to important private collections, in which she has also carried out cataloguing work.

She has participated in different research projects and carried out publications in indexed scientific journals and presentations at international congresses.

Her main lines of research focus on the conservation and restoration of contemporary art, especially in the study of digital prints and their conservation.
