Licenciada in Psychology at the University of Deusto, Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manchester (UK), Doctorate in Psychology at the University of the Basque Country. She is currently lecturer at the Social Psychology and Behavioural Science Methodology Department. She teaches at the Faculty of Labour Relations and Social Work at the Leioa Campus in the Degree of Labour Relations and Human Resources, the Master Degree in Management of Human Resources and Employment, and the Master Degree in Health and Safety at Work. The subjects she teaches range the following: Work psychology, Human resources management, Teamwork, Career Counselling, Techniques for human resources management, and Ergonomics and psychosociology in occupational risks. Her areas of interest and most recent publications are occupational risk, cognitive psychology and neuropsychology of stress and burnout, work and family balance, and gender perspectives in university education.
