Graduated with degrees in Law and Business Administration & Management (UPNa/NUP, 2005). PhD in Constitutional Law (UPV/EHU, 2016). Professor of the Faculty of Law since 2012. Member of the Consolidated Research Group (GIC) Fundamental Rights and European Union and former member of the Study Group on Latin America and the Caribbean (now extinct). He has published a book and participated in the coordination of two others, in addition to having several book chapters and articles in specialized journals. His principal research area is Latin America, although he has also published different works on local issues or those of the European Union.
