Biography

Efraím Reyes is an Associate Professor at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). He obtained his Ph.D. in 2006 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. D. Badia and Prof. J. L. Vicario. During his doctoral studies, he completed predoctoral research stays at Stockholm University. Following his graduation, he conducted postdoctoral research at Aarhus University with Prof. K. A. Jørgensen and later served as a visiting professor at Göttingen University with Prof. L. Ackermann. His research interests focus on asymmetric catalysis, enantioselective transformations, and electrocatalytic C–H functionalization.
